Rahul has represented a variety of clients in civil and commercial related disputes including, construction litigation, commercial tenancy disputes and various contractual matters.  

Prior to joining KSD, Rahul started his legal career at a mid-size litigation firm in Toronto.  Within months after his call to the bar, he was tasked with managing a mature practice of client files.  This experience helped Rahul obtain a sound understanding of how to handle the ongoing dynamics of litigation.    

Rahul has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals in Ontario.  He has obtained injunctive relief for clients and argued numerous opposed motions. 

Rahul successfully argued a motion to halt a lender’s power of sale proceedings, thereby allowing a client to redeem their mortgage and save their residential property.  Recently, Rahul defended a client in a civil trial over a contractual dispute.
