Kishan is a Senior Associate at Kramer Simaan Dhillon LLP. Kishan efficiently navigates his clients through complex and often critical disputes with an informed and calculated approach. A passionate advocate, Kishan has been successful trial counsel for several clients.

Kishan maintains a broad litigation practice, with particular experience in complex civil disputes, professional liability, white-collar crime and investigations, regulatory and administrative proceedings, appellate advocacy, and crisis-management. Kishan has acted for a wide array of clients, including Schedule I banks, medical professionals, federal government ministers, Crown corporations, publicly-traded international corporations and their senior officials, and large land development companies, among others.

Kishan has acted on matters and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), the Ontario Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal, and the Health Professions Appeal Regulatory Board.

Prior to joining Kramer Simaan Dhillon LLP, Kishan practiced at a national full-service firm.
